Building getting abandoned Capacity is twice the demand.

How do I fix this? Yesterday evening everything was fine. I wake up and buildings are abandoned of trash. I don't get it, my capacity is about twice as high as the demand. So how do I fix this? Because I have no clue what I am doing wrong. 

I have already wasted millions of Simoleons and thousands of Neo simoleons in things that were fine for years, and then all the fix buildings items. Getting tired of it.
