Buildings have changed into white boxes

I just done the update of the game and most of my buildings have changed into white boxes..... does any-one else have the same problem ??? And how long will it take the game developers to solve thi...

That's really up to you.

I'd start removing the residential ones little by little from the edges of your city, and maybe rearrange things around as you do it to remove a mix of them, as the service-level requirements will correspondingly be reduced, too.

Removing service facilities might instead disrupt the service level required to support your other surrounding buildings.

Instead of putting the burden on your players who spend money, to finance this game, why doesn’t EA plan updates that are compatible for the players? I completely reject your logic.  If you are going to continue updating without concern for your players, then please post in the App stores the necessary requirements for playing the game.  I’ve been playing for 10 years, level 99 and this latest update causing white blocks is absurd.  Show respect for your clientele.

UPDATE:  As of today, 9/10, my structures have reappeared on both of my devices.  Suspect that EA realized they  erred again and fixed it, like the pink pixels that suddenly disappeared.  Of course, they won’t admit fault or take responsibility.
