Buildings have changed into white boxes

I just done the update of the game and most of my buildings have changed into white boxes..... does any-one else have the same problem ??? And how long will it take the game developers to solve thi...

Hey everyone, 

Please try the troubleshooting steps in these guides for Android and iOS devices, including reinstalling the game. 

Before you reinstall the game, make sure your progress is saved online following this guide, to avoid losing access to your city.

Let me know if these odd white boxes persist for you afterward, when they first appeared for you, and what kind of mobile device you're using to play the game. 

This information might help me bring this situation to our team's attention.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and the white boxes still reappeared.  This is another major faux pas on EA’s side, almost as bad as the one a few months ago that took me 9 million simoleons and a lot of time to fix.  Won’t go into the purple pixels issue.
