The Bureau of Restoration was available for use for "a limited time". You may leave it on display in your city (it will not be functional) or you may choose to put it in storage until it re-opens again. If you need items that were produced there, check the Global Trade HQ (if you have access), or "recycle" building plans so items needed to upgrade change. If you need the BoR items to complete war deliveries or rows in Regions and are unable to find the items you need in GTHQ or buy from a club mate or FB friend, you will need to click on the red "X" to skip the war delivery row, wait for the next truck to get a new Regional delivery assignment, or cancel the assignment all together and move on...Santa's Workshop is coming soon 😉

Thanks for this explanation. We noticed, that we sometimes can not see and not buy those items from a club mate.
This happens while these seasonal shops are not active. Sometimes some from our club can see and buy it, sometimes not. It seems to be very erratically. We had not distinguished who or when somebody has this behavior. Any idea on that?

I believe any seasonal item you post in your depot can only be seen by anyone, including club mates and Facebook friends, if the "Advertise" box is checked. The only exception being Daniel, lol, apparently he can see the "invisible items" and will purchase them after time as he does all other unsold items.

1. But I can not agree to that. It does not depend on checking the Advertising box.
If we try to trade within the club, we do not check it, but some of us can see it, others from our club do not see it.
2. The exception to Daniel (in Germany it is "Heinz") is agreed.
