Can’t connect to the store and claim daily reward

My account is established and the game can be accessed in multiple devices, but each time to try to connect through the game web-site to claim daily reward I get a OOPs error message. It works once, ...

Look at the stack of icons on the right side of your screen. The bottom banner cycles through different offers. Please note: The Gift icon for the daily reward only appears once the 24-hour waiting period has ended. If the time is up but you don't see it immediately, wait a few seconds for the banner to rotate to the gift symbol. Tapping it will take you straight to the shop to claim your reward.
