Can’t dispatch trains

Ugh I think my game/app is bugged I was the president of my club (only one who can remove people) and somehow I’m not in it anymore. 

NOW I can’t dispatch trains. It says there’s something wrong and to try again but it has been days and I have deleted the app and reopened it ( didn’t work) and I have also tried on a different device to find these bugs not present. I don’t know what to do but I can’t play on the other device because it won’t save the game data over to the device I’m currently playing on. 

I am playing on iPhone 16pro fully updated to current IOS as well as iPad Air
