Can EA make player ID number visible?

So that when facing hackers we can directly report their player ID number for investigation? 

most of hackers left the current club and hide somewhere else after won a cheating battle, no punishment was given to the club as it looks quite “legit”. 

this game is full of hackers now. Many of them are with Low COM & war ranks but with level 20 mags and shield buster cards (sometimes they purposefully make it level 19/18 to make them “appears to be legit”). 

EA, Go and see Facebook and Reddit , there are so many cases reported and you almost took no actions at all.
