cannot link to my city

Hey I know it was 2 year ago but does simcity still connect to google play and Facebook?

You are correct that you can still connect to Facebook, Google Play (for Android) and Game Center (for iOS). You may be required to complete the intro tutorial in order to log in if you're installing on a new device.

sorry i did not say the question properly can it connect still? i meant sorry but i did the tutorial but still nothing or maybe it is in a very specific place?

Hey there, @golden_tyrex. 

So long as you set your age as an of-age account, then once you have done the tutorial, you should be able to open the Settings on the right hand side (tool icon), and the linking options will be at the bottom of the Settings menu.

Here's an example from an iOS device. It should be similar for an Android device.

If you set your age as a child age at the beginning, then linking will not be an option, as Facebook and Google Play do not allow for child accounts, and social features are restricted for them.

I realize this is old but if anybody still runs into this issue of "This account already connected to another city" .. 

What I have found in the past is if you uninstall Simcity Buildit typically the associated data is not deleted from the device also. So if you have previously played the game on your device as (for example) City A connected to Facebook Acct A, then uninstall the game .. reinstall the game, play the tutorial and now you have Tutorial City and try to connect to Facebook Acct B .. the undeleted data still has Facebook Acct A stored so you get the mismatch error message. 

To get a clean reinstall start you must first delete your data from the app, which will tell you that any data, accounts, etc associated with the app will also be deleted. Then reinstall the game, do the tutorial and log in to FB to load a city associated with the FB acct.

This is the case for android devices. Don't know about apple devices. Refuse to own one, lol.
