Can't access HQ Tradecenter
I've restarted and redownloaded the game but I cannot access the Trade center HQ although I can sell items through it. I'm on level 29 and should have unlocked it by now. Anyone know how to fix it?

@Haliea18 - Is it possible that you have an underage account? Child accounts limit access to some online features. See the age requirements here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/online-access-for-child-accounts/#agerequirements
If this is not the issue, file a support request either through the in-game help menu or the SCBI help page.

My old account was age 12 and it also couldn’t access global market or connect with Facebook but my account right now is age 24 and could access
Try an age above 13 sorry, I just found out the age requirement for things is 13 and older
