Can't find simcity builtit on android playstore

I use to play SimCity BuiltIt before with my old phone and now when i got my new android phone(Asus Zenfone 5) I cant find the SimCity BuiltIt anymore. My android version is 4.4.2 kitkat. Can anyone help me with my problem? I want to play the game again

    Running kitkat also and it comes up in games when I type buildit in play store

    I can install the SimCity BuiltIt on my phone using apk but on playstore it says not compatible. How come i can play it in my phone but the game didnt come from playstore
