I play the game on Kindle Fire. After the latest update, I am now unable to login Facebook. The pop-up message says it's due to embedded browser. Does any Kindle Fire user have the same problem? How do I solve it? I am afraid to lose my process.

Really sorry to hear that. I don’t play on IOS but I looked around and found this Facebook blog post here which says Facebook no longer supports Android embedded browsers for login authentication from October 5th. I think there is a good chance this is the cause of the issue. Maybe contacting EA could help.
If you want to contact EA you can do so within the game by going to settings —> help —> contact us
This will take you to the support site where you can explain the issue in greater detail. Make sure to include your player ID which you can find by going to settings —> help and then your player ID will be at the bottom.
Also for the future, issues like these go in the support forum for the game here.
