CAN'T login SimCity Buildit and DATA MISSING!!!

I'm from Taiwan.

When I opened my iPhone5 to play SimcityBuildit this moring , I couldn't login the game.

(When loading service, it unexpectedly quit!!!)

So I read the 

[INFO] Basic troubleshooting steps for SimCity BuildIt

, then closed all the apps , restart my iPhone ,cleaned the storage.....

I tried many times then it still unexpectedly quit again and again,

Finally, I deleted and re-installed SimCity Buildit,(I connected with Facebook and Game Center)

When I re-login , I found my savedata was missing, it's a new city....................OMG

What can I do?????????? Plz help me!!!

    When you reinstalled it, did you play the tutioral then try to sign in?

    At my iPad I have the same issue. I was at lvl 29 and over 60.000 simeleons, if I have to restart all over again, aí will give up this game.

    Really need help.

    @SiberianTiger200 so, did you uninstall and reinstall the app? Are you connected to game center or google play? When you reinstalled the app, did you play through the tutorial? I had to uninstall and reinstall a few times before I was able to get the sign tab for google account.

    @SphereDavid i thought the same thing when I had to do it too. But, in the end, after going through the tutorial, twice, I was able to go to settings in the app and had the tab to sign in with my google account....and ta da, I had my city back.

    Thank you ! I had my city back!!!!

    Play the tutioral until you can login Gamer Center or Facebook.(I choose FB)

    Then it will ask you if you want to load the saved city Y/N , then it would be back!

    I'm connected thru Game Center and FaceBook.

    I have played already about 3/4 times the tutorial, and when I connect to Game Center and to the FaceBook I don't get my city back, what I get is the new city.

    What if I haven't connected game centre/Facebook/google/ whatever to my game and I can't load the game? (I mean it literally won't even get up the load screen, just crashed every time).. I'm at level 31 and will be extremely frustrated if it's decided to crash and I can't retrieve my saved game. I paid a lot of money for the cash bundles at the start..

    I was on level 37.  Installed a required update and my whole city is gone.  I am on a kindle and installed through Google play.  I can't find a place to log-in.  My game just comes up when I open it.  I can't find a tutorial either.  UGH!
