This is the extra large container. You get 11 items when it finishes instead of 3 in the small container. It's worth the wait, especially since it costs the same: 7000 simoleons.

it's worth?!
I have 2 omega buildings, they require 5/6 omega items to be upgraded, that large container requires 8 hour to produce and 8 hour to transform, then you'll get 11 items but only 3 of them are omega items, the remaining are items that you don't need and they are going to fill you depot. The 3 omega items produced are not what you need to upgrade, maybe 1, the others are going to fill omega storage because you cannot even trade. Then you receive a sim offer to buy omega items but are the items you need to upgrade. So you spend simcash to upgrade storage or you simply cannot build omega buildings.

Produce it overnight, when you sleep. No rush, patience is a virtue.

I'm working off the assumption that you're a newer player here. Many players have close to a decade invested in the game. When you see a region filled with maxed-out Omega buildings, you're seeing the end result of months, if not years of play. If you're looking to go heavy on Omegas, invest in the costs of improving your Omega storage and bank, unlocking those extra slots in your Omega Research Centers, and purchasing the Omega Research Boosters. You're also going to need to change your view of time to that of a geologist.; small amounts of pressure applied over long periods of time. Put that time in and the builds will come.

The game itself is ten years old, I don't think all the people started a decade ago. Also I really don't want do invest hours a day for a decade, you can't say that EA is not going to shut down the server next week. There are no other games that require so much time with fewer content offered. A bunch of maps ridicolous graphics, and they ask for 50 bucks/month to be almost playable. No improvement at all for years, only new restriction and new currencies to punish new and old players. So you MUST complain here and all over the internet, or you can accept by yourself but please, please, don't say that I have to be patient, tell them to be less greedy.

Good, you can use Google. That should help you figure out how to most efficiently meet your goals.

I didn't say "all," I said "many." If you want honest dialogue, don't misrepresent what others write.

Nobody said you had to in order to build your city. Play for a few minutes at a time, set your factories and shops to build what you need, fire off a couple trains, hit the market, and come back a few hours later. If you have an eight hour build time, set it up to run while you sleep.

I've been here for almost ten years and I can count on one hand the number of purchases I've made outside of the monthly Mayor's Pass. You can pay in time or you can pay in cash, your call.

EA's greed, particularly in recent seasons, is pretty well documented. Charging you for an in-game advantage or additional content isn't greed, it's literally what allows a game to last as long as this one has. The game doesn't exist to entertain you, it exists as a means to separate its players from their money. The less you spend, the longer you should expect things to take, and the more features you should expect to miss out on, because you're not contributing to the game's survival.
Or, you can try stomping your feet and demanding a squirrel, daddy, I want a squirrel right now now now, and I wish you luck with that.

I have a lot of omega buildings now, 250 in my cap city, 40 in my sunny isles and 110 in my green valley. I have a bank upgraded to have 130k neo coins and my storage is 60. I constantly buy the the canisters at 7000 per and get 10 at a time at least 20 per season and if I get the milestone I’ll do that too.
when I have 130k in bank I buy omega bridges and when I get 50 I sell and buy a couple omega utilities. I have seen a couple cities that is total omega buildings and have a population of 20 million + all up including their regions.
It is possible to get even higher and I’m hoping one day I will as I am at 17 million population now.

Aww boohoo, you want everything now, the new breed of player right?
Soon you will realise that they just want you to throw money at them so you can progress quicker.
For what it's worth I have over 200 fully developed Omega residential buildings, with another 5 that are a work in progress. That's over 10 years of hard labour 🤣. I seriously doubt I'll still be playing by the time 20 years roll around. 🤔

They'll be away crying to their mammy next.
Been here about 10yrs amassed about 100 omegas and many more epics. Learn patience, learn ingame techniques, like setting long builds up for sleep, work time. If you can't learn then give your money to EA I'm sure they will appreciate it.
- oracle28675 months agoRising Hotshot
ahah calling a ten years long grinding "learn ingame techniques" it's ridicolous.
I stopped listening veteran's tips at "U n3eD to cAmP!!1!"
forget the money, forget the ads:
COM is a central part of the game, if you want to compete (and win) you must complete hundreds of assignement, there's no way to do that without demolishing something. That will results in levelling up with zero upgrades in your city.
