Can't Participate in CLUB WAR!

Why can't our club start a war? I keep getting a message that "The Club needs more members to participate in Club Wars" THERE is NO INFO ANYWHERE about how many members a Club needs to participate in war!!! We have 8 Members in our club. That is not enough? What if we don't want to expand our club any further? That's ridiculous!!!

Is there another limitation besides a member needing to be Level 18? Can someone in EA put out ALL THE REQUIREMENTS to participate in Club Wars???

You need to have around 10 or more people I think, to be honest I’m not quite sure how big the club has to be but that sounds about right.

1. You would be in level 18 if you are an a Club. 2. You need 10 Cities with more than 10 buildings(Homes).
