City Life After "Space" Update - no bridges working!

I updated the game this morning, now my city happiness has dropped to 41% and my population has plummeted. City wide I need services - prior to the update I did not. The cause? Bridges that normal...

    Update to version 1.59.2.133348 this patch puts cities back to normal

My capital  city is having bug issues with buildings in the red well within service boundaries. As well, my capacity for power, water, etc exceeds demand but is in the red also. Need to fix please.
