I updated the game this morning, now my city happiness has dropped to 41% and my population has plummeted. City wide I need services - prior to the update I did not. The cause? Bridges that normal...

Update to version 1.59.2.133348 this patch puts cities back to normal

On my Android device i experienced the same. The update dated december 10 fixed it.
