City storage capacity dropped from 95 to 85

My storage capacity used to be 95, but now it has suddenly dropped to 85. I didn’t delete the app, switch accounts, or log in from another device. I’ve worked hard to upgrade my storage, so I’m very confused and disappointed that it went down.
