Club chest not received

Today the new season started. Some players in my club, including myself, did not receive the club chest for the season that just ended although we reached the biggest one. Also, it is not the first time I encounter this bug.  This is getting really annoying.  It needs to be fixed asap. You play the whole week to get the biggest chest, only to end up really disappointed because you do not receive it !
