Club wars bugs

I'm just noticing some bugs since the club wars update. So far since the update I have not seen 1. Gifts when visiting other cities 2. Bonus items when hitting chat bubbles in my own city 3. Advert...

Hi @missbabie,

Thanks for letting us know about this, I've moved your thread to the Support board 🙂

If I understand right, these bubbles are not appearing at all for you, right? It's not that you hit them and you don't get any rewards.

To make sure there's no issues with the cache, could you try to restart your device? You would need to completely turn it off and on again after a few seconds.

If this doesn't make any difference, could you let us know in which device you are playing, and which is your OS (Android or iOS, and the version if you can).

    Hello,

    We noticed a bug today during war. Several of my mayors cannot attack while any building needs repair.

    However, most members CAN attack, even if they have buildings needing repairs.

    We understand you cannot attack while under the dome. But, why is it myself and others cannot attack without the bubble?

    It seems it is split 50/50 in our group. This lack of being able to attack when only 1 or 2 buildings are damaged, hinders gameplay. That means if other teams have the same issue, or do not have this issue, they can continue to attack, even if I hit them.

    Please advise if this is a known bug and when it can be fixed?

      I just noticed this too. It is almost like there is a virus out there that can be used to freeze your opponents from rebuilding once they have all the items a site needs. I was put under shield today because of this glitch. When I would have been able to rebuild before more attacks hit me if I were allowed to. What is going on? Is this a part of the game play that hasn’t been communicated yet?

        First of all, thanks for sharing this information with us! I have a few questions, would you mind answering them?

        @booey4864 I guess you already know, but just to make sure: when 10 of your buildings are damaged, you get the shield. Then you need to repair all those 10 buildings before the shield is removed. So even if you had 10 damaged buildings, and you repair 8 of them, you won't be able to attack or get attacks until you have repaired all of them.

        So for some reason you are unable to attack, even before 10 of your buildings are damaged, is this correct?

        Those of you who are having this issue, are you playing and repairing while you are getting attacks?

        Regarding your second report - is he opening the game between wars? So let's say he plays today while your club is in a war and has 5 damaged buildings. Once the war ends, does he open the game or next time he opens it you are playing another war, and he has those 5 buildings still damaged?

        This might not be the problem at all, but if he is not opening the game between wars, I would try and see if opening the game while in peace to collect the rewards helps getting those buildings fixed.

        @AnyaBoo918 I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I understand your message. Which of the issues are you talking about?

    I have another bug to report.

    One of my mayors does not get to play very often. However, when he comes back into the game after war, he always has to repair buildings. His city does not auto repair.

    I wasn’t or still haven’t been  given my starter pack for club wars when I transfer my account over from Facebook

      Hi @dmod1986,

      Do you mean no cards were unlocked for you to be able to attack in Club Wars? If so, please, open a help request ticket so support can try to help. You can do so from in-game settings > Help > Contact us.

      Sorry @booey4864, I think I didn't explain myself well enough ☹️

      When I suggested to include the link, I meant on the ticket. But don't worry about it now, if the ticket was opened correctly, you should have gotten an email, which gives you a request number. That's the ID I was asking for 🙂
