GBP rip off
I'm playing in the UK and I've just discovered that the cost of one of the disaster upgrade deals is the same in USD and GBP. How is this right? £40 is the equivalent of $54!
I feel like I'm being ripped off.

The whole game is now a rip off, no matter where you live, they just want to drain your wallet.
Some of it is related to how and where sales tax / VAT is applied. And some is price points - they wouldn't offer something in UK for 38.54 based on exact exchange rates, it'll round up to 39.99.
Good point, I hadn't considered VAT and the lack of a national equivalent in the US. Still, if I've worked this out correctly, £35.52 to £40 is some very crude rounding.
