Ok in my Megalopolis league I’m at tier 20 with a score of 83k and have the leader at tier 25 with a score of 226k.

If this is capped at 120k how the hell does that player score that high?

please explain!

m652i346ez0m - the weekly cap applies to Mayor's Pass points. What you're are looking at is CoM points, which are not capped.
