Crashes when click video ADs

Question

Whenever I click the video AD bubble, I get the attached screen and have to force close and restart the game.Never used to have this problem.Itstarted happening about 3 months ago. Did you change your servers over to TLS 1.2? I also get an init API error that pops up about 4 times at game start that says a reward failed to load...I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail.

Tried everything but updating Android because I can't. I have a rooted phone.If that's the reason I get the black screen of death, fair enough.
