New Oktoberfest Competition

Has anyone looked at the new competition yet and wondered how on earth you can buy any of the buildings for the journal? I've collected 8000 pretzels so far but you can only exchange them for a pittance of the Oktoberfest cash. So far today all I've got is 1007. That's exchanging pretzels throughout the day. Most of the buildings are 25k...hows that gonna work then?  Even over 26 days that wouldn't be enough to purchase more than one building. Or am I missing something???
