After today's update, I am no longer able to travel to Green Valley. IF I try to visit Green Valley, I am thrown out of the game. I have checked for OS updates, done several hard shut downs, cleared everything I can think of and still no improvement. This makes the game virtually unplayable. Please advise.
I am also having issues with green valley which is annoying when manufacturing supplies
I am also experiencing this same issue, seems to be an issue with the last update. I can travel to any of the other regions, just cannot get to green valley.

I am having same problem with Green Valley since 9/17
i have rebooted ipad, deleted game and reinstalled, updated IOS and nothing helps, very upsetting.
i have also noticed that app reinstall always opens city as was even though i deleted data before reinstall. Game also crashes on my iphone.
Do we ever get a response here from ea tech.

So, I would request you to please wait for some time till this issue gets fixed.

Same issue here with green valley. When it started I couldn't even get into the game until I erased all my data from my phone and reinstalled the game, but now I can't go into green valley. Please update us to know what we can do
