Creating a support ticket
I was told on chat to open an in game ticket. The instructions say to use help followed by contact us but there is no contact us. How do I open an in game ticket?

I followed the instructions but still can't find a way to open a support ticket?
Anything else to try?

Can you share what happens when you follow those steps? Do you see the option 'Customer Service' when you look in your game?

Yes there is a 'Customer Service" button. When clicked, it goes to an 'EA Help' screen.
Which looks like this:
If I select the 'known issues' tab, there is an option for 'How do I report a bug". Selecting that shows this screen:
Which is back to where I started.

Thanks for sharing those images. It looks like they might be taken on a PC. To reach the support team with an in-game ticket, you'd need to open up your game on your phone where you play the game. Could you give that a go, please?

Those are the screens I see on my phone. I uploaded them to my PC to attach them.
