Creating Edit mode in sim city build it

Hi everyone

I think that it would be great if have an edit mode in sim city build it. In this mode you collect all the buildings and will have an empty area, then you put buildings and rearrange city. It's kind of annoying to put buildings in their new places one by one. By the way you must make the new place empty before moving buildings. Hope to see this change in next update.
