Critical Error 1100.7 at 50% Loading - Level 73 Veteran Player Needs Help!
Hi everyone,
I am a Level 73 veteran player (City: eneke teneke tanku) and I am currently completely locked out of my game.
The loading bar reaches 50% and then fails with Error Code 1100.7 (Extra content download error). This started happening after I switched to my new device, a Redmi Note 14 (Android 15).
What I have tried so far:
- Reinstalled the game multiple times.
- Cleared cache for SimCity, Google Play Services, and Play Store.
- Tried different Wi-Fi networks and Mobile Data.
- Changed DNS settings to Google/Cloudflare.
- Removed and re-added my Google account.
Despite all this, I am still getting the 1100.7 error. It seems like a server-side handshake issue between my account assets and my new device.
Is anyone else experiencing this specific 1100.7 error? I have contacted support but keep getting automated responses.
If this cannot be resolved here, please provide a direct and monitored email address where I can speak with a real person from the technical team. The automated responses I receive from the help portal are not solving my issue. I need a real solution, not a link to a generic FAQ page.
Any advice or help from a Community Manager would be greatly appreciated.
