Epic buildings??
I have many completed buildings but i dont have any epic building requests. Anyone has this problem?
Only fully upgraded standard residences can be eligible for an epic building project. Build another one if you’ve run out.

You mean london tokio or paris buildings doesnt inclueded.
Correct. Residential buildings only. Demolish and build new if you have to
Yes, Tokyo and others can't be upgraded to Epic buildings. Only the Residential Zones can be upgraded.
