Data Loss on android tablet

I was wondering if I can reuse my original account for SIMCITY BUILDIT.I had to reset my android tablet and when I redownloaded the game app it is making me restart he game.I was hoping to go back and continue my old game that was well on its way ?

    Did you log in with Google or something? I am on IOS and I logged in on Game Center on the iPad. To get the game up and running on the iphone, I had to play through the tutorial. Then the option came up to link it and it asked me if I wanted the game linked I had on Game Center (iPad.) So play through the tutorial and see what happens. Or if you logged in on Facebook, you should then be able to link it. 

    If you didn't link it, then you will need to restart the game as it is not saved on the server @habby1972 .

    Everytime i delete the game for say updates I have to redo the tutorial then log in through facebook or Game Center once it allows you. Dont worry your city is still there

    That finally worked after a few tries,not the game keeps logging out and sometimes it will not log in,any suggestions ?
