It's the biodome waste facility from coms super services .it's not a category but the actual building.
This building is a reward for reaching Tier 6 of the Free Mayor Pass this season. It was added to Waste Management collection after I got it.
I never expected that it would be needed for a design challenge. I already added it to my Capital City, which means I either let my city get smelly for a day or I buy something to replace it.
Design your contest city until just before you're ready to submit it - make sure space exists for the biowaste centre - then pop it in, submit, and pop out back! Hopefully you'll be between dude collection days!
