Didn't receive the 5 shop speeds from the designer challenges.

Are you looking on the Leaderboard? These are Season rewards, not week by week. You need to place in the required spot at the end of the season to earn those.

Bug with power water and sewage after update
I too have the same issue I am reading left and right. Capacity is over the demand and I am still getting errors about power water etc. Roads are fine, nothing is broken. Any ideas?
