Double Epic Point Events

First, I want to express my gratitude for the double epic point events. This post is not any sort of criticism or anything. I just have a few suggestions:

1. Building specialties chosen for epic point events - I've noticed we seem to get a lot of events for Education, Mountain, Beach, and Transportation. Since starting to play the game two years ago, there has only been one double epic point event that featured Entertainment, and zero double epic point events for Gambling speciality - why is that? I also do not recall any epic point events for landmark buildings.

2. Outside of hotspot upgrade buildings, Gambling specialty does not have a building worth 4 epic points. Why is that? I think the easiest way to remedy this is to just increase the Snake Eyes Casino to being worth 4 epic points.

3. Hot Spot Epic Point Events - can we have more of these? The one time we had one, I thought it was fun.
