How you can be sure that people with lvl 15 movie monster are hackers? If you have spent 1000$, why do you think there aren't other crazy people out there, who spent 5000$ or more?
There are lots of dubiose hacker tool offers for nearly every bigger game and I think 99,9% of them are simply fake.
I have to admit that see a someone have BMM level 15 and don't have even other disasters unlocked is very strange. Is their first war? Or they just play without all those disasters since the beginning and don't care about unlock those even if they win those with chests? (Just 4 yellow keys to unlock those and a simple click). Wow, i mean, is dance shoes a bad disaster? People in high league just use those there in the screenshots ? I would like to know so i also just learn to care only the good ones...
@BlazinsZ the screenshots I've attached are of a famous hacker team. They don't hide that they hacked everything. So the question is why doesn't it take so long to bann them? Are hackers smarter than EA developer, so they can hack in a way, that EA can't find it?

Movie monster lvl 15 is not possible yet, even if someone would buy 3 large packs each week. Lvl 13 is maximum nowadays what's possible.

Does it mean you can`t buy any more Movie monster cards in the war store when you have reached lvl 13? I don't think so. I wouldn't buy any disaster card packs with random cards but I would buy Magnetism and movie monster cards in the war store when offered.
@Superpraesi it means, that even if someone buys 3 large packs each week, it's not possible to have enough cards for movie monster 15. it's just a fact.
