I have to admit that see a someone have BMM level 15 and don't have even other disasters unlocked is very strange. Is their first war? Or they just play without all those disasters since the beginning and don't care about unlock those even if they win those with chests? (Just 4 yellow keys to unlock those and a simple click). Wow, i mean, is dance shoes a bad disaster? People in high league just use those there in the screenshots ? I would like to know so i also just learn to care only the good ones...
@BlazinsZ the screenshots I've attached are of a famous hacker team. They don't hide that they hacked everything. So the question is why doesn't it take so long to bann them? Are hackers smarter than EA developer, so they can hack in a way, that EA can't find it?

@PinnacleValley Interesting fact, that we first got this computer-generated answers (all of us the same answer) and afterwords - no reply. I guess that the new way of working - they just ignore our emails.
It's a pity EA doesn't have a hotline, at least for paying customers. If someone spends thousands of dollars on that game I think he/she deserves a better treatment. But maybe EA will wake up if we all stop buying?
