EA refused to restore seasonal currency after fixing issue
On the first day of COM/Mayors Pass/Event Track I collected the first set of 2850 seasonal coins in the event track BEFORE noticing the "grey circle" problem with the seasonal coin store. For many of us, the seasonal store could not be accessed due to some error causing only grey circles.
Later they finally fixed the grey circle problem and I could access the seasonal coin store, however whatever they did to "reset" it caused me to lose the 2850 seasonal coins I collected from the event track.
I took screenshots and contacted "Customer Support" in the Help area of the game, and over the course of the last 5 days they answered exactly once per day, ending today to say I must be confused and that I didn't spend them all last season.
In reality i DID spend them all last season and I am NOT confused. My screen shots clearly show the circle issue THIS CURRENT SEASON, the one collected event track item, and the balance of the season coins showing 0.
They just refuse to be of any help and just insult you instead.
