Thanks for all the interesting responses, utilising some of your suggestions. This weekend been a nightmare first opposition had five players cheating so we reported them and didn’t engage. I left message in my description telling opposition I’d done this and the cheeky ***** answered me!
”oh yes! Do it - we hate them too… thumbs up dude! Fingers crossed xxx! “
monitoring them and notice they have changed their names so hey ho going to re report them.
so we start another war and yep pull another team cheating this time at least eleven of them. They are currently beating us by 3 Million you got to laugh.
if anyone has any ideas on how to engage with a real person at EA please let me know.
You would expect them to monitor their forums - I’ve mailed EAs CEO - hey why not? I’m seriously pissed.

i'm monitoring all our wars since around 4 years so i know exactly the cheater clubs with their hashtags and can also track them to see if they are still active or EA has banned them...unfortunately the most of them are still active!!! that's a matter of fact
good luck to contact the CEO...pls. let me know if you ever got an answer- 9 months ago
Update!
my moaning has worked had a great email from EA support who are reviewing my complaints, will keep me updated throughout and have asked for my suggestions on improving the game and complaint processes! Going to provide a comprehensive list. If anyone here has suggestions (reasonable ones of course!) let me know here and I will include!
- GrumpyBedlam9 months agoSeasoned Ace@d1d323f5be248167 The trouble these days is that there are many players with multiple accounts - in excess of 12, playing in their clans, again with many teams.
If they are all swapping parts for weapons inbetween wars, with virtually unlimited storage then Joe Bloggs is on a hiding to nothing every time.
Personally I've been fighting wars since they began and up until now I have only experienced seeing a city rubbled and removed from the battle once in all that time!
On the other hand I can remember one war where I was hit by over 535 high level mags, (level 18 plus) the rest of my team suffered a similar fate.
It got to the point where none of us had anything left to repair with.
It was at this point I wished there was a button to push, like ok we give up and that the war would end right there and then.
It was so bad because even when we were getting close to lifting a dome, the enemy would hit us with a shieldbuster and put us under again.
It was a horrendous experience and it took us at least 2 months before anyone felt like heading off to war again.
Technically the enemy were not cheating but they had the odds in their favour before a shot was fired.
If their storage was maxed and full of weapons and with 11 feeders each holding materials for them, like I said earlier, we never stood a chance.
I kept checking from the score card in the war map every other day and tracked these players moving from team to team.
They had their discord info in their city description and this is how I know who was who's feeder, it was blatantly obvious.
I lost count of their different teams but at one point they had 6 teams in the top 100, 3 in the top 10 and several others in different arenas.
That is what is killing the game when it comes to wars in my opinion.
In all there were only about 12 actual players, the rest were their feeders.
It's pretty obscene really!
