The thing is those screenshots are so easy to modify by using photo editing tool. It might be hard for them to deport players based on screenshots, they might have to see it by their own eyes to make a decision. Not sure how far EA can track game chat log or change of city description or city name...
You get harassed by your teammates? Or the competitors/opponants in CoM/war?

yes, it is the same answer that we all get, it is always the same, they just created a general answer that focuses and tries to answer all the reports at the same time. I know it might feel a bit obnoxious not to receive a slightly more "natural" response, but personally, I am not interested in entering a conversation of 10 paragraphs with an EA worker that I do not know, I simply want that the user I reported get punished or removed from my contest, it is what really interests us. It also makes sense, if there are players from the US, China, Europe... They probably receive 10,000 messages in a week, they have a few workers in the offices, they will not be able to enter into a conversation with each email, the fastest way (and they still cannot respond to all of them) is to simply focus on the type of message and sending this answer, but I'm sure they send the email and the evidence to the next department that is in charge of doing the bans and taking the actions, which is the one that must grow and increase to be able to cope with the number of reports that must be verified, which is the part where I personally think it is malfunctioning, because although it is true that they take actions (there are other threads that testify it), it takes too long, so when the abuser is finally punished, he has already stolen your prize in the game and with it the good user experience.
The contest simply lasts a week, if the week passes and the cheater don't get banned, then the cheater steals your prize. Wars last 2 days, you report, but 2 weeks later they are banned, what for? As a user I am not interested anymore, in reality, they did not solve my problem, it is for this reason, which I am another user in which I do not bother to report, they have lost me for a long time, even though they insist on do it, that just waste my time, unless they take an action fast, but reading the forum it doesn't seem like that is happening.
At the same time, it's kinda useless, it's like bothering to kill flies when you keep a trash can open in front. it is clear that it will be banned, but it is also obvious that it will take 2 hours to re-hack and create another account. (I'm assuming it takes them 2 hours, if it's longer, I don't understand how these players can be so stubborn to stick with this once they get banned).
So, improve the speed in which cases are handled, or find a way to neutralize the hack, either one, we will keep waiting... patiently?, lol.
Unfortunately people are annoying (the cheaters), all those unwanted users have this game ruined, why this one? go bother somewhere else. It is annoying.
@Penakyna is testifying EA's reply for the report of the criminal harassing but not CoM hackers. That's why it's hilarious, he isnt talking about "earning that much points" at all. But I understand that you say it doenst mean that they arent even reading, but at least cant they prepare and match their template phrase!? lol. Me personally never experianced any criminal harassing in the game, just some swearings. And lots of times chat filter save me from seeing them 🙂
