just want to through my 2 cents in.

How do you define “criminal harrasment”? By what is the legal reality in your small part of the world?

You talk about homophobic harrasment, while showing homosexuality public is illegal in a lot of countries on this planet. So should EA ban an account as well, if someone from those countries report an account showing things illegal in their countries? You talk about * and I guess you mean the Hakenkreuz. It’s not illegal in most countries in the world and probably has even a completely different meaning there. Like in a lot of Asian countries. Racial abuse? Normal in most countries without a white majority and even legal in some countries in the middle east. Sexual harrasment? Ask women in the middle east or India about this.

If EA would follow every request from every part of the world to ban accounts for something not legal in that region, a lot of players would get a bad surprise. And EA would probably even face legal action from players being banned for something not illegal in their countries.

I live in a small country in Europe, where people are open-minded. I can live here like I want, but I am also aware, that travelling to some countries would be problematic and I could even face the death-penalty there, just because how I am and showing it openly.
