I'm in the same situation. I've been playing this game for years, and I've managed to complete the event track nearly ever, but this time I think it's impossible, even buying three or four items, because they've reduced a lot the plumbobs you get for real money. It's completely abusive. EA is destroying this game trying to squeeze us more and more. They don't even listen to players. I've searched for the contact options we had before to make a complaint, but now it's an automatic bot simply getting data. No interaction with gamers. I definitively feel this will make me out from this game forever, and somehow I think I'll get back some life I'be been loosing. All this changes to the game make it a suffering experience instead of a relaxing city-building game as it eas before. I suppose I'm not the only one ready to leave this game forever. Is EA trying to get rid of gamers to make it less conflictive to close the game forever, maybe??? I feel this is the only reason to make this game so nasty to players.
Completed all tasks and would still need to spend $99 to get the hospital. EA got too greedy this time, and agreed the game is no longer relaxing or enjoyable.
