I wanted to check in with you. Is it still happening for you? When you say EA Store, could I check if it's the SimCity BuildIt Store ?
I'm not sure what might be causing that, but if it's still happening, it may help to blast through a few quick troubleshooting steps if you haven't already. They can help rule out some potential causes. I've popped a few steps for Android browsers below:
- Refresh the page, then fully close and reopen Chrome
- Close out extra Chrome tabs
- Clear out the browser cache
- Check if the browser has any pending updates
Please let us know how you get on with those steps.

Yes, it is the SimCity Build It Store I was using. It seemed like all the purchase buttons were inactive at the time. I tried it on other options on the store and got the same issue.
I ended up buying the Pass from my laptop rather than my phone, so was able to get to it eventually. However, I just checked again via my phone and the issue is still there. Will try a restart etc and see if that helps.

Don’t pay for pass.
Simcity buildit services 2.0, is a very bad thing. Unplayable and horrible update.

This seems to happen when cookies on the website haven't been accepted.
Could you try again and enable cookies from your mobile? This should let you connect with your account and get the buttons work correctly again.

The buttons were working again when I tested, without having changed anything on my phone. But I'll keep this suggestion in mind if it happens again.

Can we get some responses to the posts about services 2.0. The fact you only reply to posts about users unable to make purchases is all the proof we need about services 2.0 true intent was.
