Egyptian Hospital impossible to get without paying real money

The filtering they have been using the last couple weeks is pretty insane as well. I can look at my wife’s device and see things i need in her market but all i see is mountain items and hamburgers in mine. Refreshing the market at the exact same time. Whoever is in charge of profiting for this game must be getting ready to lose his job, there’s way less people playing and they are making it harder and harder.
