sorry but this didn’t work for me, I lifted the service building and then put in back, nothing changed ! In fact I went from 83 to 62 happiness
The lift and replace a service building only works if you had enough coverage to start with (that’s coverage AFTER the services 2.0 release). If some residentials are within the coverage area of two service buildings, the game seems to randomly put too much demand on one service building, while the second service building has plenty to spare. In this case, lifting and replacing the over-demand service building forces the second building to pick up the extra coverage.
