Bug in Services 2.0 when emergency services (fire, police, health) Overlap:
This issue is being widely reported on Reddit & Discord, but I couldn’t find a thread about this issue on this forum, so I am adding here. The issue is when fire, police or health building coverage area overlaps. Initially the capacity is more than adequate for the buildings/population within the coverage area, but after a period of time, when the game is restarted or you move to a different region and back again. The service is suddenly showing in red, even though there has been no building upgrades or population increase. Instead the game shows one service building not meeting the demand, while the overlapping one has minimal demand. The problem can be immediately fixed by simply lifting the service building and replacing it in the same place. This step forces the overlapping service building to meet more of the demand, so the replaced building then provides adequate coverage. This is ridiculous and causes a drop in happiness and abandoned buildings. If one building has over-demand, then residential buildings should look for alternative coverage.
