End the glitches

We have come to realize and with proof that EA and the gaming team are programming glitches into SCBI on purpose.

We have tested our Internet connection many, many times. These glitches only happen when playing SCBI. We can stream two TV's at once, be on the desktop at the same time with our browser up and running and all the while have the wife play a game on her iPhone - not a drop in service, no data loss. no pixelization on the TV screens - nothing, If fact one might say that this would be impressive.

As far as the people who are saying this is an Apple issue, not true. These issues happen on an Android device as well. We have a brand new Samsung Tablet with the latest hardware and we still see the inbred issues that plaque SCBI.

Forget clearing the cache, disabling background refresh - this also has nothing to do with performance while running SCBI. We have tried all of the suggested ideas on this forum.  

After said the above we think now that EA and the development team have "attached" these issues to a player that has not spent any money on this game. Please respond if you still have these issues of game freezing, non-responsiveness, and having to reboot the game over and over again if you have spent money on this game. This would rule out this theory.

Then that would leave this scenario - that the development team does not have a clue, or they simply do not care.

Wake up EA, it is time past due to fix this game once and for all. After all the BS you put us through with your Service II update - the very least you could do is to give us a game that runs properly.
