I play on iOS device. Today, June 30 3pm started a second epic event after the one before failed both charge me the coins but NO event tasks are showing up. The “show tasks” button is gray and that doesn’t work either. I’ve wasted thousands $ to start the event twice now

Do you have any Transportation specialisation buildings in your city?
I had a different but similarly upsetting issue several years ago. I finally had to back up my game (using multiple platforms) and delete then redownload my game. It was a pain and it took a while for everything to come back but sometimes, that’s the only fix.
