epilepsy and the blinking commercial/industrial buildings

not the starburst. that's normal production lighting. notice how the buildings that produce any of the seasonal items have a gold glow for the entire square of the lot? that glow blinks on and off at a dangerous frequency.

i was hoping to play around it by buying anything i need from my club or on global but then I realized that everyone else's buildings blink too.

this is a deliberate blinking of specific buildings by eA not a graphics bug. everyone has it.
