erase city linked to FB account?
I have read this is not possible and just want a diffinitive answer, my city is unbalanced and if I can't start over, i'll probably just stop.

The only thing you could do is sell everything and start over. It's now linked to facebook. You would keep all the land at least, so in a way, you would have a good start towards a new one.
If you have IOS or Android, you could start over and just make a new account. Delete and reinstall, play through the tutorial, and then link it. I think that might work too.
