I would submit a support ticket on this one. They may not be able to recover your 2 weeks, but any simcash purchased can be added to your account. At least with that they are pretty good with and they can go through their records and verify that you did indeed make the purchase. I would explain it to them just as you have here. Be sure to include your Game ID.
