Not enough information as usual. When giving out information on a mode within a game, there always should be information on every single aspect that anyone might ask.
What do the points at the very top of the war report, (tap the satellite dish icon), within the war map mean? The points I'm referring to have a gold star in front of them.
Then there is the club name and total war points underneath. Then the individual points underneath those. So again, what are the points at the top? Be thorough in the answer.
Where is that information huh? EA is always vague with their explanations. It's sad that a major company that has had their name in the gaming industry for this long doesn't give the full knowledge of any of their games to the community.

We had to wait 12 hours or longer for the opponent as we where no 1 so some of us until our club drops a bit while others catch up to our rank. have joined other clubs, but in the last6 to 7 wars they never attack my city am lucky if I get attacked 1 pair war. they tend to attack the ones with the higher lvl cards. say lvl 6 or 7 mines are lvl 6 my best ones the movie monster and dance shoe lvl 3. am I, not a threat to them, do they think I am too weak to bother with, if so I let them know who is weak, i changed my city name to Cybermen Delete-U to prove to them I am not weak but its not worked, they still not touch my city, its not fair.
By the way, I love the name you chose! We are Dr. Who fans. 🙂
As far as attacks go, I normally hit the players with no or low scores most of the time. I try not to hit the high scorers because it only gives them more ammo to hit.
I am curious - are you attacking often? Maybe change your strategy. If you normally hit the low scorers, try hitting the high scorers.
There are some wars where we are constantly hitting and being attacked. Then, there are wars like the one we just finished where the other team was slow to repair. Makes you wonder how they got the score they have as a group.
Most of my cards are level 2 and 3. It does not seem to matter, as I do get attacked. I know I will get attacked if I use Dancing Shoes or my favorite - the Move Monster. 🙂
But, I doubt it is the level of your cards. It's just human nature and very hard to predict what someone will do. I think if you attack as often as you can, you will get attacked.
Hope to hear some good news from you. For most of us, getting attacked is the only way we ever get a stupid hydrant!

Also some members report they can click on the Gray/Gold cup in the war area and see some ranking information.
For most of us this is Gray and not clickable. We are using V1.19.51 and logged in with FB or Google but still unable to click it.
Is this a bug? Do we need to do something else?

I've added some more information to the FAQ about Club Wars Score, as some of you were asking about it 😉
@booey4864, preparation and attack phases have a duration of 12h and 36h, respectively. So you determine it, depending on when the leaders of your Club start the war.
@ModernThinker, only reason I didn't include the text is because here in the forums there's already threads where players are looking for a Club, and Clubs looking for members. For example, this one.

We also have a member that can click the cup. What is it and why can some access it and others can not?
