Re-installing the game

This is still going on and not bothering to fix it this does not happen on other devices I believe only on iPhone and iPads and it doesn’t do my device any good have I g to reboot several times a day, others have uninstalled and then installed and none of it works only works temporarily before the issue recurses. I guess EA knows about this as I been reading other posts about many people been disgrumpulled  about these issues. This never happened before the new com now it’s sometimes happens during the wrong time when I been looking for item, then I lose it. How long will it be before this bad issue is fixed in simcity? When I complained before I was taken to the wrong game when I got an email. Maybe I did not explain it very well. It is the issue with Simcity 

It’s the loading that sticks at certain point then I get the error message and then trying to open the com wheel of death and it doesn’t fix itself if return it doesn’t go away so in the end got to restart and till the next time and then sometimes it happens every 10 minutes. Peoples tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but it doesn’t go away at all as others told me no it doesn’t not fix the problem and am sick of it!

 IOS I Pad players are indeed having this problem.  

EA hasn’t figured it out yet. All I know for certain is my problem began with the rollout of seasonal currency.

it is a royal pain rebooting my IPad repeatedly to get the game going.

i am playing with an IPad Pro 13 /M1.

Go to your settings and if you’re on iPad go to iPad storage and reinstall the game, if you’re on an iPhone I’m not sure

I assure you , this has been done..the connectivity problem keeps coming back. Hence the issue.

Is this a new rule, if don’t claim the milestone assignments within 24 hours they get removed? Here are mine I completed 4 but did not claim them so they got removed, finished the rest and claimed them straight away as I did not want them to get removed! Now trying to not get demoted!

see it still says 6/10 the 4 want missing as I had not claimed the following day so that why I asking if this is a new rue this same issue happened to someone else she lost the whole 10 last week on unclaimed assignments.

I understand your problem and I have said in a previous post about this, on your iPad go into settings > iPad storage > off load app > reinstall app.

Then I go into Safari > remove web site data > remove history.

I hope this helps you also check for update on game as most of the bugs have been fixed now. 😇

When I play. I mysteriously go off-line. I have to reboot my network settings on my Apple iPad in order to play online again. I have to do this multiple times throughout the day just to play the game. I wish EA had an 800 number that I could talk to them about this bug. It doesn’t do this on my other device. And I called Apple and it works perfectly fine. I only have this problem when I play sim city
